Our faculty members work with the operating boards of many of the world's leading multinationals (check out our Customised Programmes). But this is only one way in which we keep abreast of the challenges facing all organisations today and how leading-edge companies are overcoming them. We also run two thought-leading Best Practice Clubs in Customer Management and Key Account Management. Sponsored by many of the world's best companies, such as BP, Hewlett Packard, Mercedes Benz and Royal Bank of Scotland, these clubs meet regularly to share what works in tackling today's major issues. Many of the members also work closely with our doctoral students, and we are always open to extending this team. The findings appear in reports for sponsors, papers, articles and books, ranging from Harvard Business Review to the world's bestselling books on Marketing Plans and key account management, amongst other pressing topics.
