Sofia Grillo

Background

Sofia is our new, and first ever dedicated Business Development Executive for Strategic Marketing and Sales. Her role will be primarily dedicated to the running of the Senior Leader Apprenticeship+ Marketing and Leadership MSc programme, developed in partnership with CIM Academy. Alongside this, Sofia oversees two of the Cranfield School of Management Forums - Sales and Marketing Forum (SMF) and the Key Account Management Forum (KAM).

Sofia ensures that existing apprentices, candidates, and members are managed to the highest standard alongside onboarding and recruiting continually. She is the marketing content creator of the (KAM) dedicated annual LinkedIn page, inclusive of videos and articles, alongside the promotion of the annual conferences. Also assisting with the (SMF) speakers, social media aspects and email campaigns.

With Marketing and developing relationships at her forefront, Sofia looks forward to her ideas and visions coming to life in working within the School of Management (SOM) with maintaining and continuously innovating new ideas and putting them into action.
