The Cranfield Advanced Development Programme prepares high potential managers for business leadership roles. It raises your leadership contribution and shifts your focus from operational management to strategic leadership.

  1. Thinking and Acting Strategically
  2. Beyond Management to Leadership
  3. Beyond the Immediate Horizon
  4. Progress Review – 3-month
  5. Continuing Development Review – 12-month
