Course details
Cranfield’s Senior Leader Executive Programme provides a blended learning experience which offers targeted management and leadership frameworks and theory with practical application and performance, with one of the UK’s top business schools. Your leadership talent will deliver value to your organisation in-role from day one.
Apprentices will learn and apply new knowledge and skills and role model leadership behaviour supported by a work-based portfolio including peer, line manager and senior leadership input, as well as leveraging the development of strategic business propositions and reports for the benefit of the organisation.
Learning and Workplace Impact reports will support personal reflection and the development of an authentic and consultative leadership approach. Apprentices are required to complete assignments throughout the apprenticeship, enabling them to demonstrate their acquired learning and its successful application to their workplace. The creation of a Strategic Business Proposal will enable apprentices to address a real business issue, approved by their employer within their organisation.
We provide one-to-one support through an Apprenticeship Tutor, helping apprentices translate theories and concepts into practice.
During the 15-month programme apprentices will gather a portfolio of strategic work-based evidence, recording their on and off-the-job activities and showcasing their learnings which deliver tangible returns and added organisational value.
A five-month End-point Assessment follows, where apprentices will be required to present their portfolio of work-based evidence and present their Strategic Business Proposal.
As a thinking and advisory partner, we use our unique Design for Impact™ principles to co-create the programme that will not only create lasting change but help you embed it.
