Dr Steph Russell

Background

Dr Steph Russell has significant teaching, learning and leadership experience in the higher education sector, particularly in the field of Level 7 apprenticeships. She is currently Head of Apprenticeships Development and Course Director for the Senior Leader Executive Programme, with responsibility for leading and quality assuring the programme\342\200\231s delivery. Steph works closely with apprentices and employers to ensure that the apprenticeship curriculum fully addresses skill needs and that future strategic leaders have the requisite competencies to future-proof their businesses.
