Designed to future-proof your leadership pipeline while delivering commercial value, the Senior Leader Executive Programme is a unique, executive-level apprenticeship for groups of existing and high-potential managers and leaders.
You will have the opportunity to meet the course director and our apprenticeship team who will talk you through what you can expect from our programme, which is aligned to the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship Standard. You will also hear from a current apprentice studying on the programme.
The programme will enable you to nurture your senior leadership capabilities and directly apply your new learning into your workplace to add value and create impact. You will build a strong foundation of competencies, enabling you to champion the ability of others, whilst becoming a transformational leader, enabling you to address existing and likely future workplace challenges. Our programme is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) through its award of the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice, which on successful completion, enables you to gain a professionally recognised qualification, along with a Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship.
