This highly practical workshop, delivered by world class experts in women’s leadership, will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of what your organisation needs to do to unblock your female executive pipeline.

Now more than ever the spotlight is on organisations to ensure they develop their female talent. The 2016 Hampton Alexander Review set a target of 33% representation of women on boards and in the executive pipeline for all FTSE100 and FTSE350 companies by 2020. Compulsory gender pay gap reporting has also highlighted the issues raised by a lack of women in senior leadership positions.

Based on our years of experience in this area, we know that successful shifts only come when organisations develop both their people and the organisational context in which they work. Using our ground-breaking, holistic and behavioural model of inclusive talent management, we will explain the key action areas that you will need to address to ensure you have a healthy and sustainable female executive pipeline.
