All of our on-campus accommodation includes gas, electric and water bills, wi-fi, 24/7 security, free parking and access to sports and wellbeing facilities. With lecture spaces, labs, shops and cafes just a short walk away and lots of safe communal areas to relax and socialise, our campus offers a true sense of comfort and community.
Baroness Young Hall is our newest hall of residence, offering a total of 511 premier single en suite rooms and 102 studio apartments. Contemporary décor and comfortable features make this accommodation a great choice for single students. Each communal kitchen also has a dining table and comfortable lounge area.

Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- Situated on the main campus and just a short walk from lecture theatres and research facilities, the hall is very convenient. The sports hall and tennis courts are also located nearby and car parking is available in one of several car parks.
- No smoking is permitted within Baroness Young Hall.
- Choose from en suite rooms with communal kitchens and self-contained studio apartments with their own private kitchen and bathroom.
Our accommodation is managed in accordance with Universities UK Code of Practice for University Managed Accommodation.
Fees
- Premier single en suite rooms: £31.11 per day (£217.77 per week).
- Studio apartments: £38.39 per day (£268.72 per week).
- Executive en suite rooms: £32.67 per day (£228.69 per week).
- Executive studio apartments: £44.58 per day (£312.05 per week).
All prices include gas, water and electricity. A minimum contract term applies.
