Why did you choose Cranfield?
While studying for an undergraduate degree, Supriya had the opportunity to enrol onto a number of internships at several different banks which sparked her interest in finance and prompted her to start looking for a more specialised masters degree course. In contrast to other MSc programmes in Finance, Supriya felt that Cranfield had a top-rated programme that blended finance and management. Furthermore, she felt that Cranfield's location would allow her to focus on her studies.
What was Cranfield's impact
After completing her studies at Cranfield, Supriya was quick to receive her first career break and is now currently working in London for a major commodities trader. Her time studying on the Cranfield MSc in Finance and Management helped her to get the role she wanted in the finance sector, supporting her to find employment in an otherwise saturated job market. Aspects of the programme that Supriya particularly appreciated included group assignments which encouraged students to develop their team skills and presentation skills - skills that are required in the professional world.
