Before studying for her MSc in International Human Resource Management at Cranfield, Bola was Performance and Reward Manager at Virgin Nigeria Airways.

With the desire to broaden her scope in managing human resources across borders, combined with the appeal in flexibility of continuing in her current role, Bola was greatly attracted to the programme at Cranfield. The Cranfield experience had a significant impact on Bola. After studying at the university, she had gained a great boost in confidence, and was immediately able to put into practice what she loved by understanding the various theories in HR practice.
