Fedden House is a block of 75 studio apartments ideal for couples without accompanying children, situated in a peaceful location.
Fedden House is often very popular; unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee the availability of this type of accommodation, or accept responsibility for housing those who wish to bring their partner.

Our accommodation is managed in accordance with Universities UK Code of Practice for University Managed Accommodation.
Fees (2024-25 academic session)
- Studio apartment: £35.06 per day
These rates are for 2024-25 and all rates are subject to change for 2025-26.
Bedroom and Living Area
The main living area also serves as the bedroom and is approximately 18m2 in size. This area is furnished with:
- A double bed (140 x 191cm in size)
- 2-seater sofa
- A small dining table with two dining chairs.
Study Area
The study area is approximately 10m2 and separated from the living area by a large shelving unit and a door, which enables quiet working.
The study area features:
- a desk and chair
- notice board.
Kitchen
Fedden House is self-catered accommodation and each apartment has its own kitchen area, which is equipped with the following:
- fridge freezer
- cooker
- toaster and kettle
- crockery and eating utensils
- basic cooking utensils, pots and pans
Bathrooms
Each premier studio apartment features a private bathroom which is located opposite to the study area which includes:
- a shower
- a toilet and wash basin
Utilities
The heating is usually on from October to April and is included in your accommodation fees.
All of the apartments have internet and wireless network facilities.
Electricity is included in your accommodation fees.
