Why did you choose Cranfield?
Marcus was looking for a leadership course that offered something different and preferred the modular structure of the High Performance Leadership programme. The course focuses on looking within yourself and exploring why you act and respond as you do.
What was Cranfield's impact
The course helped Marcus to review his whole leadership approach and develop new ways of leading. Since the course he has led two projects incorporating some significant remodelling of Twining's supply footprint. The skills he learnt in terms of building relationships and bringing people together from different parts of the organisation has proved invaluable.
