Jerome’s first career was as a barrister. He joined Adventure Forest Limited in 2006 as Director of Business Development and Risk. Jerome took on the role of Managing Director in 2009 helping to grow the business from 7 sites to 31 across the UK, whilst minimising exposure to insured risk. The company has also expanded into 15 locations in the US as well as indoor trampoline parks in the UK. Turnover has grown from £4m to nearly £34m in 2016.
Jerome lives in Suffolk with his wife and three children.
