We supported the creation of an Executive Board within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bringing together a talented group of leading thinkers and influencers within their field of education. This board is proving to be instrumental in shaping the vision and direction of learning and development in KSA, and this is reflected in the success of the country in meeting its ambitious visions for the future.

Qatar Petroleum

Cranfield University, working in partnership with Qatar Petroleum and Mercuri Urval delivered two inter-linked leadership programs- for middle and frontline leaders. This shifted their internal culture by creating greater collaboration across the business. Over 600 leaders graduated successfully from the programme.


The Personal Leadership Programme was designed to develop leaders with a variety of backgrounds, in topics such as strategy, business, continuous improvement, diversity and leadership. For further details of our global program with SABIC, please see our full client case study in the appendices.


This 3 year Leadership development program led to an MSc in Strategic Leadership for experienced high potential managers. Etisalat benefitted from the improved retention of valuable staff, the business being the focus of study for these high achievers and the development of better quality future leaders.

DP World

The Leadership Journey took participants through a Networked Learning approach incorporating a blend of face-to-face sessions, webinars and delivery via iPad’s. The program for DP World was created in a highly collaborative and innovative way. The program addressed a number of key areas identified by DP World including Translating strategy, Innovation collaboration, Leadership, Corporate Social Responsibility. The Leadership Journey involved each cohort in setting the agenda and creating multi media for the next cohort.


Leadership Development Program for senior leaders reporting to CXO levels in Group Functions and Operating Companies, including Kuwait, Qatar and Oman. It covered four modules: Leading for Impact, Navigating Complex Challenges, Leading Change and Leading Others. In addition, participants worked in teams on a group wide strategic projects under the guidance of an Executive Team sponsor, and received 1:1 executive coaching.

Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development

This customised program provided the leading talent with the knowledge and skills to drive the Department’s transformation and the Emirate’s economic growth.

Emirates Group

The High Potentials program developed a cadre of executives with world class general management and leadership capability, and enabled them to confidently deliver the expansion agenda. Participants gained the ability to lead and influence change.

Executive Office of the Government of Dubai

This program improved delegates knowledge of various leadership styles, identified the skills associated with differing leadership styles and raised personal awareness about an individual’s personal leadership style in terms of both strengths and development needs.

Dubai Government HR Department

The Programme enhanced the business acumen and strategic decision making of Government Leaders as well as empowering them to lead cross–functional teams and understand their own leadership style.
