We believe that executive development extends beyond learning a set of skills or developing specific competencies to improve performance in a role. Our programmes focus on development, enabling personal growth, building relationships, and improving the practice of leadership.
We design and deliver engaging, evidence-informed executive development programmes that combine reflexivity, intellectual development, and personal growth through rigorous inquiry. Our programmes emphasise practical, group, and application work using realistic scenarios, simulations, and case studies to help learners visualise and experience using the learning in their professional lives.
We work with senior leaders in the public, private and voluntary sectors to develop organizational resilience, change, and leadership through executive education work with Cranfield Executive Development, who ranks consistently as one of the world's top providers of executive education.
We design and deliver engaging, evidence-informed, customised in-company executive development programmes that help people reach their fullest potential. Clients include Shell, EDF, Sport England, Kier, GKN, HSBC, Travis Perkins, Office for National Statistics, Virgin Money, L’Oréal, Nationwide, UK Cabinet Office, European Commission, BAE Systems, Kier, Atos, and RSA.
Open enrolment programmes
We run the Leading Organizational Resilience programme, in partnership with BSI, which is a 2-day residential programme at Cranfield designed to help you understand Organizational Resilience thinking and its relevance to your organization. We will help you to review your leadership practices and develop the mindset to achieve resilience in a competitive environment. You will take away leading-edge tools and techniques that greatly enhance your strategic understanding of Organizational Resilience.
We work in three areas of expertise: organizational resilience, leadership, and change. We help individuals and organizations address a wide variety of different challenges, so there is no such thing as a typical project.
