Elevate your own leadership and understand the behaviour of others
The Leadership and Organisational Behaviour Postgraduate Award brings together an exploration of the individual leader and leadership behaviours, with a robust analysis of organisational behaviours – how and why people behave within an organisation - and the impact both have an organisation’s performance. Integrating contemporary theoretical perspectives on leadership and organisational behaviour with your own experience, you will develop your own leadership capability whilst gaining perspective and insight into the behaviours of others.
Build your Postgraduate Award by completing the Bronze, Silver and Gold modules in two online courses, plus an Integrated Assessment after completion of the courses.
