Empowering development in the Middle East region

Expanding the reputation and success of organisations in the Middle East.

For organisations looking to expand beyond their borders, our business growth, entrepreneurship and executive level leadership development makes a powerful impact.

In support of nationalisation strategies, our customised leadership development programmes help to enhance the capability of talented nationals. Cranfield’s expertise in talent management and development has enabled organisations to engage, motivate and retain individuals with high potential.

By providing programmes in the Arabic language, presented by Arabic facilitators, Cranfield is bringing our learning capital to the Middle East region; delivering challenging and impactful learning that resonates with nationals.

Creating a country based executive board of leading thinkers

We supported the creation of an Executive Board within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bringing together a talented group of leading thinkers and influencers within their field of education. This board is proving to be instrumental in shaping the vision and direction of learning and development in KSA, and this is reflected in the success of the country in meeting its ambitious visions for the future.

The creation of further Executive Boards in neighbouring countries will ensure that national experts can exchange knowledge and ideas with Cranfield faculty – collaborating to create long-term benefits for the people.

We have a wide range of experience within the Middle East:
