Find a job
Cranfield graduate alumni have access to lifelong career development support provided by the Careers and Employability Service at Cranfield, via Symplicity, the online career development and talent management platform. You can receive job vacancies from employers via the Symplicity platform, these opportunities are appropriate for all Cranfield alumni and are located both within the UK and overseas. You can use the service to :
- Search for job vacancies
- Receive daily alerts of new job vacancies matching your preferences.
In addition, Symplicity also provides access to career workshops, one to one consultations, networking events, learning resources, job postings and much more.
You will need a Symplicity account to access job vacancies and these additional services. If you studied at Cranfield after 2014 for Cranfield School of Management alumni or after 2015 for all other Cranfield University alumni then your username is your Student ID number with the ‘s’ before it, and your password is the one you used for all Cranfield applications when you studied here. You can reset your password here.
If you studied at Cranfield prior to the dates above you may not have a Symplicity account. Please email the Careers and Employability Service to set up your alumni Symplicity account. In order to set up your account, they will need the following information: Name, Student number, Email address, Course Title and School.
MBA alumni can also speak to the MBA’s dedicated Employer Engagement Manager. The MBA Employer Engagement Manager works with recruiters to source suitable candidates for their vacancies. If you are considering a change of role, they will work with you to gain an understanding of the type of role you are interested and promote your profile to relevant employers.
Career mentoring programme
Cranfield’s Career mentoring programme offers you the opportunity to be supported with your career goals by a fellow member of our alumni community.
Taking part in the Career mentoring programme will allow you to explore a particular profession or employment area, develop work-related skills and confidence, and connect with relevant professionals to build effective career networks.
It's an opportunity to learn from a Cranfield graduate who has ‘been there and done that’ and benefit from their insight and experience - whether you are looking for a job, trying to understand how to move up the career ladder, or thinking about changing career.
Career learning packs
As a Cranfield alumnus you have access to a range of career learning packs, courtesy of Cranfield's Careers and Employability Service. The learning packs, exclusively available to Cranfield students and alumni, cover a wide range of topics from CV creation to negotiating job offers, and virtual recruitment events to psychometric assessments.

As a Cranfield University alumnus, you can enjoy the benefits of a free online library service, Alumni Library Online (ALO), wherever you are in the world.
