Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship
Our Level 7 Senior Leader Master’s Apprenticeship provides you with the skills, knowledge and behaviours to become a professional leader of the future.
A senior leader is someone who has senior management responsibility which may include governance or director responsibilities. They will be responsible for direction and vision and providing strategic drive, analysing market trends, influences and identifying opportunities and risk.
Who is it for?
This apprenticeship is for those who are either new to a senior management role, or have progressed within their organisation and require development as a senior manager. The apprenticeship is suitable for potential leaders and current managers in any type or size of organisation. Typical roles held by apprentices are Section Leader, Head of Department, Chief Officer, Director or Executive.
How is the apprenticeship delivered?
Our apprenticeship is delivered in block delivery, primarily at our Cranfield campus in Bedfordshire. There may be some learning off site, including in London. The duration of the apprenticeship is approximately 24-30 months - this includes End Point Assessment.
Apprentices will take their learning from the classroom into their organisation and apply it through workplace practice, evidencing their new-found knowledge, skills and behaviours as part of their portfolio of evidence.
There is the opportunity to have delivery of a closed apprenticeship programme for a single employer or a consortium using our Business and Strategic Leadership MSc, based in company, with 25 apprenticeship or more.
