- The Hub – used to keep you up to date with news, events and other information relating to being a Cranfield staff member.
- Access your email off campus – log in with your Cranfield email address and password.
- Canvas – Cranfield Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
- Cranfield VPN (extranet) – for services that cannot be accessed directly.
- CRIS (Cranfield Research Information System) – our central repository of research publications, awards, professional activities and other research-related information for academic staff.

- Password change or reset tools:
- Office.com – to change your password, click on your profile image and select 'View account'.
- Microsoft Password Reset tool – to reset a forgotten password, enter your email address and verify using your account security information.
