Working on a completely unknown research topic in my group project turned out to be one of the most enriching experiences I had up to now! Learning to work together efficiently and empowering each other were truly the main lessons of these three months. I also realised how relevant the studied topic was, to overcome the societal challenges, and I appreciated the knowledge I gained. I have now joined a company in the telecommunication industry - nothing to do with the group project - but what I learnt from this experience has been useful from the first week!

We set up and review our programmes with members of industry to ensure they are relevant and up-to-date, and that your skills are what employers want. At Cranfield University at Shrivenham, new courses are developed to reflect the changing needs of the Defence Sector, in particular those identified by the Industrial and Technology Strategies, and changes in acquisition and procurement methodologies.
