Why did you choose Cranfield?

At Cranfield, we believe passionately that your success as a business leader depends not just on what you know, but on how you apply what you know, how you collaborate with others, and how you operate within and beyond organisations. It is for this reason that real-world learning and leadership development are at the heart of our full-time MBA programme.

What was Cranfield's impact

When you leave Cranfield, you take their ethos away with you too, and it percolates through your every day life in a positive way. As part of my leadership journey, Cranfield created a ‘safe’ environment in which to practice and develop new skills. I was introduced to mindfulness as a personal and professional development technique, and quite honestly I haven’t looked back! Mindfulness has given me a much more balanced view of life. I’m definitely more engaging and I am equally more engaged in situations as a result, because I’m more in the present. My attitude to risk and stress is improved and as a result of that my net performance has increased.

A very powerful and rewarding experience which has subsequently had a very positive impact on my career and my personal wellbeing.
