In a recent interview with Jonathan Moules from the Financial Times, Professor Maury Peiperl, Director of Cranfield School of Management says it is essential to provide flexible courses, with a practical element, to help leaders reach their goals. Maury says he learnt most of his practical leadership lessons during his early years of work in industry.
