Trung Hieu Le

Background

Trung Hieu is a doctoral researcher at the Centre of Logistics, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management, Cranfield University, UK. He obtained his Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Birmingham City University, UK. After graduation, he had over 5 years of industrial and academic experience working at a wide range of multinational companies and organizations in Vietnam, such as OOCL Logistics, Expeditor International, Danang Port, and Phenikaa University.

He is actively engaged in advancing research in supply chain strategy and sustainability. His research interests include postponement supply chain strategy, agile supply chains, supply chain risk, and supply chain sustainability.

Current activities

He is currently looking into how to improve supply chain environmental sustainability by using supply chain strategies, particularly postponement and speculation strategies. He also aims at leveraging theory to approach environmental sustainability with an allowance for capturing and analysing the wider context, creating impacts both on academia and practices.
