Background
Liz has over 20 years of management consultancy experience, with a particular focus on strategy and customer strategy development. As an Executive Development Director at Cranfield, she combines leadership and commercial experience with pedagogical design and programme management skills to craft powerful programmes, steering performance and driving impact management.
As a trusted advisor, Liz is a skilled relationship and network builder, strategic thinker, problem-solver, proposition designer and educator. She built an international career working in senior leadership positions for BP and IBM before moving into management consulting. She has worked with organisations, universities, and individuals, to build innovative and successful learning and development programmes. Her current clients include BAE Systems, Deloitte, Shell and Siemens.
In her previous role as Associate Professor and Director of Undergraduate Business at Kingston University, Liz was responsible for bringing innovative and engaging design to undergraduate programmes and ensuring future skills were firmly placed at the heart of the Business Management portfolio.
Her qualifications include MBA (executive) with Distinction from City University; FSHE (Fellowship of Higher Education Academy), CMBE (Certified Management and Business Educator) from CABS, PRINCE2 Agile, and BA Hons in Languages and Linguistics (German and French) from University of Essex.
