Joe Pullinger

Background

Joe Pullinger is an experienced learning development practitioner and relationship manager. Having worked in executive education for over a decade, including at two prestigious business schools, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, both academic and industry-based, into his design, development and leadership of complex learning solutions.

Joe has worked with public and private sector organisations across a wide variety of industries, including energy, construction, information technology, hospitality and leisure, automotive financial services, pharmaceutical, property management, education and elite sport. His interpersonal skills have enabled him to build effective relationships with clients and participants from across the globe. He is a firm advocate of working in partnership with clients and co-creating collaborative solutions to complex challenges.

With a background in teaching, including a post-graduate certificate in Education and credentials in Organisation Design, Joe has helped individuals, teams and organisations to improve performance through targeted development solutions that have lasting impact. He has worked with Vistry Group, Urenco, Toyota Financial Services, Nutanix, RBH Hotels, QatarEnergy, Diploma Plc and Cicor.
