Background
Jim Gant is an exited technology founder, Visiting Fellow and Counsellor on Cranfield’s Business Growth Programme.
After five years in medical and VR simulation, he founded Inition, building immersive brand experiences and enterprise solutions with advanced 3D technologies. Around ten years in, with revenue at £4m, he completed Cranfield’s BGP. Two years later Inition was acquired by Parity PLC, where he remained for three years before exiting.
Jim then founded Feed Your Elephant, a learning-technology venture creating bite-sized, intelligently targeted learning apps. The business has delivered successful enterprise deployments and consumer launches, and earned a prestigious Learning Technologies Award.
Alongside venture building, Jim advises organisations on strategy, pricing and positioning, growth and restructuring, leadership and operating cadence, M&A preparation and integration, software development, and practical applications of AI. He focuses on clear priorities, execution discipline, and measurable results.
