Evelyn Fujar

Background

Evelyn is Business Simulations Manager and Executive Education Consultant at Cranfield Executive Development (CED). She has long experience integrating experiential learning tools such as simulations, case studies, and gamification tools, into executive development programs for talent, senior leaders, and the executive board.

In her day to day, she is responsible for the design and delivery of development programs. She collaborates closely with our clients to shape the programs ensuring CED delivers the most impact for the organisations. Her professional qualifications paired with management experience in retail, property development and non-profit businesses, provide a robust background to facilitate and uncover the learning potential of all simulation participants.

To ensure CED offers the highest quality experiential learning tools to clients, Evelyn leads the development of the business simulations portfolio, managing partnerships and other stakeholders. In her role she is also responsible for business development and consultancy. She leads large projects from initiation to completion through establishing relationships with clients, collaboration across the University, with faculty and external suppliers.

Evelyn is also an executive coach: through one-to-one coaching she has helped individuals define and reach their goals in line with both personal and organisational aims. Her interest is strategy, organisation design, and she loves to research and apply experiential learning alongside psychometrics and coaching in executive development. Her area of expertise is integrating experiential learning into development programs to support organisations to achieve their organisational goals.
