Emmanuel is a current doctoral student at Cranfield University. He has an MSC in Food Chain Systems from Cranfield University.
Emmanuel is a food and supply chain executive with 25 years of working experience designing, implementing, and managing food safety systems, HACCP, business processes, data & inventory management, business policies, and risk management strategies.
Emmanuel has held middle and senior management positions in FMCG businesses in the UK`s bakery, import & export, warehousing, distribution, meat, seafood, bottling, and food service sectors.
He is a Lead Auditor (British Retail Consortium, Environmental Management Systems, ISO 9001) and Advanced HACCP certified.
Research opportunitiesEmmanuel`s current research interest is the investigation of supply chain resilience approaches in the UK agrifood industry. The research supervisors are Dr. Heather Skipworth & Dr. Ioannis Koliousis.
Emmanuel currently holds a senior management position for a global import & export business in the UK working with major suppliers in, South America, North America, EU27, Australia, Norway, and New Zealand.
Based on his industry experience, Emmanuel is open-minded to collaborative commercial opportunities within agrifood for supply chain resilience & food safety management.
Emmanuel has worked with multinational organizations such as Hilton Food Group, Lantmannen Unibake & GraceKennedy Ltd providing goods and services for key customers like Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Asda, Lidl, Aldi, Bookers, Greencore, Brakes, KFC, and McDonald's.
