Background
Jean is a Visiting Fellow with the Strategy Group of the School of Management; she writes, teaches and researches in the area of complexity theory as applied to strategy, organisation development, policy and social change. Her book 'Embracing Complexity' co-authored with Professor Peter Allen and Professor Cliff Bowman was published by OUP in 2015.
