Background

Beth Rogers is a sales strategy consultant. Originally a sales and marketing practitioner in the information technology sector, she has an MBA from Cranfield and has worked with the School of Management on research, teaching and publications for many years. Her PhD is on the topic of sales directors' resource decision-making, including sales outsourcing. She has written several textbooks, academic journal articles and trade magazine articles on the topic of key account management and sales leadership. She was instrumental in the launch of National Occupation Standards for Sales in the UK in 2005. Beth is also a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy for her strategic contribution to sales in the HE curriculum.
