Background
Andrew has been working in learning and development for 25 years and has been lucky enough to travel the world delivering management and leadership training to many different organisations in a diverse range of sectors. His specific expertise and passion is in people and communication. His early training as an actor equipped him with the knowledge, skills, psychological curiosity and insight to work with managers and leaders on both a cerebral and emotional level. Among a plethora of delivery styles he specifically uses behavioural psychological theory with live skills practice and feedback to enable learners to understand the subtleties of their own and others communication. Andrew is passionate that learners feel as well as think in the training room, which makes it more likely that learning is retained and embedded, enabling more beneficial behavioural choices back in the workplace.
