Client Impact Survey 2020 Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions 

  1. This competition is being conducted by Cranfield Management Development Ltd.(CMDL)
  2. This competition is open to all attendees aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Cranfield University, their subsidiaries or anyone else professionally associated with Cranfield University. 
  3. The entrant must have completed the Client Impact Survey 2020 and provided an accurate email address to enter. Only one entry per person, regardless of entry method.
  4. The competition will take place during the period that the survey is open, namely between 10 February 2020 and 23:59 hours on the 29 February 2020 inclusive. 
  5. Submission of your details via the survey will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  6. Submission of the entrant’s details will be held by CMDL and used in accordance with our Privacy policy. By providing this information, you agree that we may contact you regarding this.
  7. Entries are not transferable to third parties.  
  8. Only one entry per person will be included.
  9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or damaged.
  10. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  11. The winner will be the person drawn at random on 6 March 2020.
  12. The winner must respond to the winners notification email by 13 March 2020 – if not, the competition will be redrawn.
  13. There is one prize of one £2,000 voucher towards the cost of tuition-only place on a Open Executive Development Programme at Cranfield University. The prize will not include travel, board and lodging, the cost of visas or any other associated expenses (this list is not exhaustive).
  14. The winner’s chosen course must be attended in full by 31 December 2020.
  15. In the event of the winner being unable to take up the prize, or if the winner cannot be contacted by 13th March 2020, CMDL will offer the prize to the next entrant, selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  16. The name of the winner will be announced on or after 20 March 2020.
  17. The winner agrees to take part in post-event publicity.
  18. The prize is not transferable to any other organisation by the prize winner.
  19. The winner shall assign to CMDL all copyright whether present or future in their entry and publicity materials in all media.
  20. Neither Cranfield University nor CMDL accept liability for any advice given and to the fullest extent permitted by law shall have no liability to any entrant or prize-winner  including for costs expenses damages or other liabilities except death or personal injury caused by Cranfield’s negligence
  21. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of CMDL which may, at its discretion, vary or amend the prize, and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Cranfield University as a result thereof.
  22. English law applies and this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
