Understand people, behaviour and culture to drive organisational performance
Organisations succeed through people; how they think, behave, collaborate and respond to their environment. Understanding organisational behaviour is essential for leaders and professionals who want to build resilient, engaged and high-performing teams. As hybrid work, globalisation and evolving employee expectations reshape the workplace, the ability to interpret behaviour, shape culture and support effective collaboration is a critical capability.
The Organisational Behaviour online courses are designed for managers, professionals and leaders who want to better understand how people and teams operate at work. You will explore individual differences, team dynamics, motivation, emotions and organisational culture, and how these factors influence performance. Through practical frameworks, reflection and real-world application, you will strengthen your ability to build effective working relationships, create psychologically safe and inclusive environments, and support organisational performance through informed, people-centred decisions.
Who is this for?
For managers, team leaders, emerging leaders, HR professionals and anyone looking to better understand how people and groups behave at work, and how these behaviours impact organisational performance.
