Terms and conditions

  1. This competition is promoted by Cranfield School of Management Commercial team, Cranfield University of College Road, Cranfield, Bedfordshire, MK43 0AL, UK ("Promoter").
  2. The competition is open to only current Cranfield Full-time MBA students of 2022/23 who must still be studying at Cranfield at the competition closing date.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter. There is no limit on the number of entries an entrant can submit.
  4. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional materials.
  5. Route to entry and details of how to enter are provided via the promotion launch email. Submissions must be sent as a single video file to MBAEnquiries@cranfield.ac.uk.
  6. Closing date for entry will be 30th June 2023 at 11pm. After this date no further entries to the will be permitted.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, pandemic, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  10. The competition prizes are as follows: £150 Love2Shop vouchers for 1st place, £100 Love2Shop vouchers for 2nd place, and £50 Love2Shop vouchers for 3rd place.
  11. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  12. Winners will be chosen by the School of Management Commercial Department and their decision is final.
  13. The winners will be announced at the Annual Ball on 8th July 2023. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within one month of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner(s).
  14. The promoter will notify the prize winners when and where the prizes can be collected or will be delivered. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with this will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. The prize winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners and any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. You are providing your information to Cranfield School of Management and not to any other party.
  17. The Promoter cannot accept any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage incurred by any entrant to this competition whatsoever or howsoever caused.
  18. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  20. The Competition is governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
