Cranfield University has launched an online version of its Business Growth Programme, the UK’s longest running programme of its kind, to help owner-managers take their business to the next level.

Focused on creating practical actions for businesses, the programme gives owner-managers individual support from expert counsellors and peer-to-peer advice with small group mentoring.  The three-month programme uses a blend of online sessions, Zoom ‘visits’ and counselling groups to help delegates reflect on their business success so far, and to develop new goals. The outcome is a fully developed business plan which helps to bring clarity and growth to any business.

“Whatever stage your business is at, there is always room for improvement,” says Dr Stephanie Hussels, programme director. “And given the current COVID-19 crisis, it’s now more important than ever to focus on development and growth. This tried-and-tested programme gives you individual support to decide on and take the next step towards growth. It is focused on the reality of your business – the challenges, opportunities and future goals you have. We have seen great impact from previous delegates and are delighted that more people can now access the course in this online version.”

The online programme starts on 11 September – book online or get more information here.
