Background
An MRes researcher exploring how humans and intelligent systems can work together in ways that are transparent, trustworthy, and cognitively meaningful. My work sits at the intersection of user experience (UX), explainable AI, and decision-support systems.
My current research examines Multi-Intelligence Agents (MIAs), an emerging class of cyber-physical-social systems designed to bridge gaps between human reasoning and computational intelligence.
Current activities
Using conceptual frameworks, low-fidelity prototyping, and usability studies, I am investigating how interface design can reduce information and intelligence asymmetries between people and AI systems. The goal of this research is to help shape AI systems that support human judgement, responsible innovation, and more inclusive decision-making in complex organisational contexts.
