Cranfield University is delighted to announce that we will now offer generous and competitive scholarships of up to 15% for those who looking to study Cranfield Forensic Institute full-time MSc courses (see applicable courses below).

Scholarship awards

Our Cranfield Forensics Institute Merit Scholarships are designed to attract high quality students to our institution and therefore we have a scholarship scale to recognise those who demonstrate strong academic performance in line with our entry requirements.

Who is eligible?

  • Awardees must be in possession of a UK Bachelor Honours degree with a minimum upper second classification or international equivalent.
  • If you are currently studying towards your qualification, you will still be considered for a Cranfield Forensic Institute Merit Scholarship. If offered a place, you will need to provide Admissions with your final undergraduate degree result before the scholarship can be awarded.
  • Cranfield Forensic Institute Merit Scholarships are available for eligible applicants to all full-time MSc degree courses, who hold an offer for October 2024 entry.

We welcome applications from any country. All applicants with a first class and upper second class honours degree, or international equivalent will be automatically considered.

How to apply

Cranfield Forensic Institute Merit Scholarships are automatically considered as part of the full-time MSc programme application.

If you are still studying, you will need to provide Admissions with your final undergraduate degree result before the scholarship can be awarded.

Awarding the Cranfield Forensic Institute Merit Scholarships

  • Scholarships will be awarded as a tuition fee reduction for full-time students.
  • Our Cranfield Forensic Institute Merit Scholarships are not available as a cash alternative.
  • Scholarships are for 2024 entry only.
  • Cranfield Forensic Institute Merit Scholarships are automatically considered as part of the full-time MSc programme application.
  • Scholarships are reviewed on an annual basis, and we cannot guarantee funding for the following entry year for applicants who defer their place.

5% early application discount

Students who apply by 28 March 2024 and pay their deposit by the date specified in their offer letter will benefit from a 5% early application discount. This is available in addition to all Cranfield Scholarships. Find out more.

Cranfield University reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship if award holders are subsequently found to be ineligible, or if the terms of the conditions of the scholarship are not adhered to.
