This is the course to do if you are an engineer or technologist who has recently made the transition to team leadership. Alternatively, you are looking to prepare yourself for promotion and to make the move into technology management.

This course will give you the tools and introduce you to the techniques needed to make the transition from a ‘pure’ engineer or technologist to a successful supervisor / manager. Delivered by experienced engineering managers, this is a no nonsense introduction to the world of technology management that will make your journey into management as successful and painless as possible.
