Cranfield University has a vibrant international community and has a number of Chinese students studying here across a range of subjects. We currently have 393 students from China (PRC) studying with us.

We have over 1,500 people in our Chinese alumni network. 96% of our graduates are employed or in further study.
We have opened the Jiangsu University Cranfield Tech Futures Graduate Institute (JSU-CU Cranfield Institute), a specialist postgraduate venture in China to train future leaders. The partnership between Cranfield University and Jiangsu University, builds on our 20 years of international academic collaboration and will offer Masters' and PhD programmes in agricultural, environmental, mechanical engineering and in engineering management.
As an exclusively postgraduate university with a student to teaching staff ratio - 8:1 that is one of the best for any university in the UK and the world, Chinese students at Cranfield benefit from excellent teaching delivered by our world-renowned academics, state-of-the-art facilities and real-life industry projects with leading global organisations.
Cranfield provides a professional working environment but our Chinese students also enjoy campus live and get involved in a wide variety of activities run by Chinese Cranfield Student Association.
Academic requirements
We have the same minimum entry requirements for most of our taught and research programmes.
Some courses may have additional entry requirements, so please check the specific course you are interested in before submitting your application.
English language requirements
