Navigating the crisis – How you can refine the direction of your company – BGP Response Programme Workshop

Note: this workshop is running on the following dates – 13 May, 20 May.

The 3 ½ h session “Navigating the crisis – How can you redefine the direction of your company?” brings us back to basics.

We will be looking at customers and how their jobs, needs and pains have shifted, reviewing the core principles of different business models.

You will then discuss what this means for your business in peer-to-peer breakout sessions, facilitated by our experienced BGP Counsellors. This method will enable you to apply the learning to your business, allowing you to adapt and refine the direction that your business is moving in.

The workshop workbook will allow you to document your thoughts and learnings during the workshop and will set you up to develop an actionable plan for the coming weeks.

In order to create like-minded peer-to-peer groups, participants will receive a short survey before the event, helping us to create well-matched groups.
