The founder of Flex Appeal, Anna Whitehouse - also known online as ‘Mother Pukka’ - spoke to Professor of Women and Leadership, Sue Vinnicombe in a recent Instagram Live conversation about women in the boardroom.
The conversation came on the back of Cranfield University’s School of Management’s latest Female FTSE Board Report which found that although there is a pipeline of experienced women NEDs, this has yet to filter through to Board leadership roles.
