Xiaoyi Li

Background

Xiaoyi is currently a PhD researcher in Leadership and Management at the School of Management, Cranfield University. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Consulting from Lancaster University. Prior to joining Cranfield, Xiaoyi gained significant experience in the HR field through roles at leading companies such as Mercer, Baidu, Xiaomi, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and Infiniti. Her skills include HR consulting, benefits design, data analysis, and customer service.
