Ning Xu

Background

Ning obtained her Master's degree in Human resource management from the University of Manchester with Distinction. Prior to joining Cranfield, Ning worked as a Human resource business partner (HRBP) in three Chinese enterprises including JD Group and Sina Weibo. She joined Cranfield University as a PhD student in January 2022.

Research opportunities

Ning's current research focuses on the impacts of the implementation of flexible working arrangements on employees or employers.
