Contact Matt Evans

Background

Whether designing leadership, change or organisational development interventions, facilitating leadership development programmes, improving team performance or coaching talented leaders and specialists, Matt has developed leadership and management capability in more than 50 organisations to-date.  Originally an international marketer for ten years, Matt was drawn to people and organisational development after he began developing and using his own coaching skills in-company.  Coaching catalysed his own growth and career change and since 2003 he has been building capability at every level from first line manager to Global Executive Committee.

As a coach, Matt works with successful, talented people to facilitate positive changes in how they think, feel and act in order to help them achieve the things that are most important to them.  He is typically chosen by clients who are serious about their own development and that of their team or organisation.

Matt’s interest in business and organisational effectiveness began at Aston Business School where he graduated in Managerial and Administrative Studies.  As a marketer he worked for Hitachi, LG and Matrox and spent a little time with M&C Saatchi and JWT.  Most recently, he was Leadership & Capability Development Manager for National Grid, designing and deploying leadership development for their top 260 leaders globally, including the CEO and Executive Committee.
