In his previous role within CCED Mark was accountable for the end to end delivery of customised executive development for clients over the long term, seeking to maximise individuals and organisational impact. He led from initial enquiry/proposal and diagnosis through to delivery and follow-up/impact evaluation at every level; employing a consultative approach with clients to develop long term value creating partnerships. In 2016 he was awarded Gold in the EFMD Excellence in Practice award in the category Executive Education for the design and delivery of a global leadership programme for BG Group. Mark has deep expertise in designing and delivering Leadership programmes. Passionate about supporting individuals on their learning journey towards Personal Mastery Mark partners with organisations to create challenging impactful interventions that deliver sustainable transformations for individuals and organisations.
Mark is the Director of Executive Development for Cranfield University who holds an MBA with Distinction. Currently leading the transformation of executive education to provide individuals and organisations with the knowledge, skills, tools and resources for the decade ahead.
Mark has twenty years’ experience in designing and delivering leadership interventions and has worked with organisations such as Airbus, BAE Systems, Etisalat, and Sony PlayStation. He is also experienced within an oil and gas context having delivered programmes for such organisations as Shell, BP, Total, Acergy, Subsea 7, Gazprom BG Group and Qatar Petroleum.
