Background

I bring over a decade and a half of corporate and entrepreneurial experience to my academic career. I started my professional career in 2001 with GE, then worked at mid-management to senior management roles in various IT Enabled Service companies, the most recent being a senior management position in Admiral Insurance. In my corporate experience, I've been fortunate to participate in the growth journey of several organizations. During my teenage years, I have supported and participated in family’s business. In later years, along and in between my corporate career, I have been involved in setting up my family’s business in design and advertising. These exposures and experiences of my own are the foundation of my interest in the Family Business research area.

My first degree was a bachelor’s in business studies from the University of Delhi, India followed by a mid-career Master’s in Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management, UK.

Research opportunity

I am a research student at Bettany Centre for Entrepreneurship, Cranfield School of Management, under the supervision of Prof Stephanie Hussels and Prof Patrick Reinmoeller. My research focus is non-family succession in UK family businesses.

Current activities

I offer my expertise in providing management consulting to start-up owners and senior management, in enhancing their business capabilities as well as in dynamic structuring of their businesses, helping them position their businesses for growth.
