Linda helps individuals and organisations rapidly move beyond the surface and bring developmental priorities into sharp focus. Transmitting a sense of ease and possibility, she helps coachees venture into new self-awareness, challenge assumptions, reorient to values and reframe perceived obstacles. Her rigorous clinical training, doctoral research at the intersection of leadership and psychology, and extensive experience coaching individuals and groups inform her unique approach.
Linda’s clients, which include FTSE 100 and FTSE MIB companies and top global educational and non-governmental organisations, observe that their employees have an increased capability to engage with role complexity and lead people as a result of working with her. These employees identify empowering follow-up actions that are value-consistent, workable and impactful for themselves and their organisations.
As a stream of her research, Linda developed a methodology for evaluating the impact of advanced leadership development initiatives and currently advises companies and educational institutions on impact evaluation. For Cranfield and BG Group, she designed the impact study for the 2016 Gold Award-winning case (Executive Development category) at the EFMD Excellence in Practice conference. Linda’s current research interest lies in the developmental role of narrative and mindfulness coaching modalities.
Linda has facilitating and lecturing experience in open and
customised programmes, including at Cranfield and Cambridge, and a

Linda has a PhD in Personal and Leadership Development (2014) from the Cranfield School of Management, an MBA Honors in Global Management (2006) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Accounting from City University of Seattle (2004).
