Dr. Linda Florio Zintel is a leadership development practitioner-scholar with expertise in the personal and psychological processes at the core of leadership.
An experienced facilitator and coach, Linda works with global executives across industries and geographies. She is a licensed psychotherapist with training in multicultural and somatic-relational approaches. Linda transmits a sense of ease with complexity that helps clients expand self-awareness, challenge assumptions, and develop as unique leaders.
At the Cranfield School of Management, Linda facilitates the Personal Transformation For Leaders programme and tutors on custom executive development engagements. Leveraging her research, Linda advises companies and educational institutions on the impact evaluation of transformational leadership development initiatives.
Linda teaches mindfulness and yoga and is a dedicated student of Buddhist psychology and meditation. She is an Italian native and has lived in the UK, Switzerland, and the US.
Linda holds a Ph.D. in Personal and Leadership Development from Cranfield University, an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle, and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
