Lester joined Cranfield in 2007 and has 30 years of global experience in consulting, leadership and organisational development. He has undertaken client assignments in over 30 countries worldwide and works in English, French and Spanish.
As an experienced facilitator and coach, his main focus is using leadership development interventions to bring about organisational and cultural change to enable successful delivery of strategic goals.
He has worked with a wide range of clients; these have included the financial, airline, oil and gas, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, construction engineering and manufacturing sectors as well as many UK government departments. Elsewhere, he has worked with the Inter-American Development Bank, African Development Bank, UNICEF and was a consultant for a 10 year period with the institutions of the EU including the European Commission and Parliament.
He is currently directing leadership development and consulting interventions with L’Oreal, Telekom Malaysia, AirAsia, Unilever, Apollo Tyres, the Commonwealth Association of Tax Administrators (CATA) and Highways England.
Lester has written several articles and given conference presentations on the theme of management development in Europe. He is a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute for Personnel & Development (CIPD).
