Julie joined Cranfield in 2008. Her current role is working in partnership with clients in the design and delivery of executive development solutions that contribute to personal and business growth. She has worked with organisations to develop their focus, align the development activities and improve the processes to more effectively deliver their business goals. She is an economics graduate with over thirty years of business and management experience. Julie has a background in recruitment, leadership and talent development and previously held management roles in Financial Services, Retail and Consultancy. Major assignments include:
Supporting the integration of two companies following a major acquisition through building leadership change capabilities (Top 250 senior managers)
Design and implementation of a corporate talent management initiative to support the achievement of the business strategy
Headed up a team who successfully delivered the Talent and Development strategy, this was an integral part the five year Business Plan. The organisation received a National Training Award and a Special Award for the development initiative in recognition of the outstanding impact that the programme had on their business.
Julie is customer focussed and builds pragmatic solutions that will support the strategic aims of organisations. Julie is certified in the use of personal profiling instruments e.g. MBTI, Firo B, Belbin Team Roles.
